Preliminary Interviews: We select the potential candidates on the basis of prior work experience, qualifications, strengths and weaknesses and the ability of candidate to fit into the Client’s work-culture. The potential candidates are then contacted and interviews are conducted to find out their interest and suitability. We will be submitting an abstract of the candidate’s profile, while forwarding the candidates resume to the client.
Reference check: We will be carrying out an informal reference check, before sending CVs to our clients.
Once the candidate is selected, we will carry out a formal, thorough background check of the candidates. Thus, we will always maintain the quality of services provided to our client.
Closure: We support both the client and the candidate to discuss the offer and arrive at a competitive and reasonable package, which is acceptable to both the parties.
